We are seeking dedicated and empathetic Medication Care Partners (Certified Medication Technicians) to join our vibrant team within our esteemed retirement community.
As a Medication Care Partner, you will play a crucial role in delivering direct care to our senior residents, adhering to individualized medication and treatment plans in a supportive environment. If you possess kindness, compassion, and a strong sense of integrity, we invite you to explore this opportunity with us.
Available Positions: We are hiring for both Full-time and Part-time roles across various shifts: 1st shift (7a-3p), 2nd shift (3-11p), and 3rd shift (11p-7a).
We offer competitive compensation packages:
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 for Full-time and $500 for Part-time hires.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with the daily administration of medications, including self-administration.
- Maintain accurate documentation and report any changes in resident status.
- Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies.
- Ensure medication files and medical records are up-to-date.
- Provide compassionate support with daily living activities as needed.
- Encourage resident independence and emotional well-being through engagement and companionship.
- Support participation in life enrichment activities.
- Facilitate open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with people.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred: A minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience, particularly in medication administration within a community setting.
- Experience in Memory Care is advantageous.
- Must hold a current state Certified Medication Technician (CMA) license.
- Must possess a valid caregiver license as per state regulations (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification or the ability to obtain it.
- Experience in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living is a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
