Job Title: Behavior Technician

Regal Behavior Solutions is a leading provider of ABA therapy services for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in their homes, schools, and communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for each client on your caseload.
  • Communicate regularly with Behavior Analysts to ensure seamless implementation of treatment plans.
  • Conduct quality 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with clients in a home-based setting.
  • Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans using data collection software.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards.
  • Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Sensitivity in working with diverse populations.
  • Ability to remain calm and neutral in challenging situations.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Current and valid CPR certification.
  • Successful background clearance and reference checks.
