Job Summary

This is a 13-week travel nursing assignment with 36 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent acute care experience in Labor and Delivery and be an active RN license holder.

Responsibilities
  • Care for women and newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages of childbirth.
  • Coach women throughout the birthing process, monitor the mother's and baby's vitals, administer medication, and manage potential complications.
  • Assist in caesarian sections and provide education and guidance to new mothers in regard to recovery and caring for their infants.
