Position Overview:
As a Retail Sales Team Member at Goodwill, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and organized shopping environment for our patrons. This position is essential in supporting our mission of providing job training and community programs through the sale of donated items.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store.
- Meet production benchmarks to ensure excellent customer service.
- Gain hands-on experience in retail operations, which can lead to future career advancements.
- Engage in cashiering duties and provide support on the sales floor.
- Process and price incoming donations, including clothing, linens, and household goods.
- Assist customers at the Donation Door with the handling and sorting of donated materials.

Compensation:
The starting pay for this position is $11.00 per hour.

Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior experience is necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate.

Clearance Requirements:
Applicants must provide a current and valid Child Abuse clearance.
