Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, including restrooms, floors, windows, walls, stairs, escalators, and elevators.
  • Trash and Debris Removal: Remove all trash and debris from machines, floors, and trash cans, and deposit it in the outside dumpsters.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guest needs for housekeeping services, including responding to spills and other incidents.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine manual labor, including washing, mopping, sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning walls and food service equipment.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees, and respond to any emergencies or incidents.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, and lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Experience and Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be at least 18 years old.
  • Licensing and Background: Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing, and pass a background investigation.

Working Environment:

As a Housekeeping Associate at Caesars Entertainment, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with exposure to a noisy and potentially smoky environment. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
