We are seeking an experienced residential upholstery craftsman to join our team in creating bespoke custom window treatments, draperies, and soft goods for our discerning clients.

 

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers excellent benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401K plan. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

 

Job Responsibilities
  • Create custom window treatments, draperies, and soft goods according to client specifications
  • Operate sewing machines and other tools to fabricate high-quality products
  • Measure and cut fabric to ensure accurate sizing and fit
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

 

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sewing and upholstery
  • Proficient in sewing construction techniques
  • Knowledge of different fabrics and their properties
  • Experience operating sewing machines and other related tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
