We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Novant Health. As an MRI Technologist, you will play a critical role in assisting physicians in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for diagnostic scans and safely operate MRI equipment to obtain high-quality images.
- Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate and efficient procedures.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of MRI imaging equipment and technology.
- Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging techniques and technologies.
- Associate's degree in Radiography or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in MRI or a related field.
- ARRT certification in MRI (RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR)).
- IV credentialing and applicable state license.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
