Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Acme Ventures LLC as a Bartender. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality cocktails and beverages to our guests in a fast-paced, upscale establishment.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant and possess in-depth knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktail recipes and techniques.

You will interact with guests to provide recommendations, answer questions about the menu, and make personalized drink suggestions based on their preferences, while maintaining an organized and clean bar area.

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and creative cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks.
• Interact with guests to provide recommendations, answer questions about the menu, and make personalized drink suggestions based on their preferences.
• Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring that glasses, utensils, and other bar tools are properly cleaned and sanitized.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• In-depth knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktail recipes and techniques.
• Strong understanding of various types of alcoholic beverages, including wine, spirits, beer, and liqueurs.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.

Estimated salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
