Job Overview:
As the leader of the leasing team, you will be instrumental in training and overseeing the leasing staff, spearheading sales initiatives, and managing external marketing and promotional activities.
Your duties will encompass crafting and implementing effective marketing strategies, delivering outstanding customer service to both current and prospective residents, and conducting market analysis.
You will actively engage in showcasing, leasing, and onboarding potential residents, while ensuring timely updates regarding unit availability.
Additionally, you will manage rental applications, maintenance requests, and collections in alignment with Red Tail's standards.Your responsibilities will also include clerical and telephonic support, maintaining precise resident files, inspecting apartment units to ensure they comply with Red Tail's standards prior to move-in, and demonstrating proficiency in resolving resident concerns.
You will conduct move-out inspections as necessary and perform any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor.Key Responsibilities:
Essential skills include a strong ability to address the needs of residents, prospects, and vendors.

Qualifications:
Marketing and Advertising:
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
Exceptional leasing, sales, and closing abilities.
Computer Skills:
Intermediate proficiency in computer and internet usage
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred familiarity with software programs such as Yardi, Voyager, and CRM
Learning and Development:
Commitment to ongoing professional development and career advancement through the company's continuing education programs.
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
An Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to fluently read and write English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions, and utilize all on-site resident management software functions.
Professional Experience:
A minimum of two years as a leasing consultant in the multi-family industry.
A minimum of one year in a management role related to marketing and/or advertising in the multi-family industry or a related field.
Special Requirements:
Physical Demands:
The team member will frequently be required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using their feet, legs, back, arms, and hands.
The team member will be required to work at a personal computer and engage in phone conversations for extended periods.
Must be able to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.Attendance/Travel:
This is a full-time position and may require availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation in company functions and events is also required.
