About the Role

GROWMARK is a leading agricultural cooperative serving a vast customer base across North America. As a Fleet Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on GROWMARK equipment, including trucks, trailers, and other vehicles.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Operate diagnostic equipment to analyze and troubleshoot problems.
  • Repair and maintain pressure vessels, dry vans, fuel trailers, and other equipment.
  • Ensure all necessary tools are available for completing daily work.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all company safety standards and guidelines.
Requirements
  • High school degree or GED equivalent.
  • Prefer diesel and/or heavy duty truck maintenance experience.
  • Ability to qualify to perform federal annual inspections and become a certified air brake technician.
  • Ability to climb into, out of, and work inside small confined spaces.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Proven verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
