About the Role

Sunscape Boca Raton is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Environmental Services department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain resident units, common areas, and public spaces to the highest standards
  • Operate and maintain housekeeping and laundry equipment, including carts and cleaning solutions
  • Wash, dry, and fold community laundry, using eco-friendly products
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of public restrooms, laundry rooms, and storage areas
  • Communicate effectively with the Environmental Services Director and other staff members to ensure seamless operations
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Environmental Services Director
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Some maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Physical ability to push and pull equipment
Working Conditions
  • May be required to work weekends and holidays as assigned
  • May be exposed to infectious waste, diseases, and conditions, including HIV, AIDS, and Hepatitis B and C viruses
  • May be occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, extreme cold, and extreme heat
