The Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center is seeking a highly skilled Infectious Disease Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients with infectious diseases. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with infectious diseases
• Develop and implement treatment plans to manage infectious diseases
• Provide preventive care services, including immunizations and health education
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved medical school
• Licensure in New York State
• Board certified or Board eligible in Internal Medicine/Infectious Disease
• Current BLS certification
