Medical Director Opportunity in South Los Angeles

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Practice Physician to join our team at Physician Empire as a Medical Director. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
About the Role:
This position involves overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, including managing staff, ensuring excellent patient care, and contributing to the growth and development of our multidisciplinary team. As a medical director, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality patient care standards, improving clinical outcomes, and fostering a positive work environment.
What We Offer:
- A highly competitive annual salary range of $250,000 - $300,000 based on experience
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees plus family
- Up to 20 days paid time off and 8 paid holidays per year
- Professional license renewal fees covered by the organization
- CME allowance and malpractice insurance provided
- Eligibility for CA government programs that provide student loan forgiveness/loan repayment options available to non-profit organization employees
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience with Pediatrics
- CHDP approval for all ages preferred
- Spanish language skills a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Respect for patient confidentiality
