Description:Trinity Health Of New England is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Virtual Nursing team at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center. This is a unique opportunity to leverage technology to provide additional support to our staff while improving patient experience.

This is an onsite position – you will work from a location within the Saint Francis Hospital campus in Hartford, CT.

Fully qualified external applicants will be eligible for a $7,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate patient plan of care from admission to discharge.
  • Compassion, Communication & Stewardship: Use clinical knowledge, critical thinking skills, and case management principles to coordinate, implement, and support a plan of care that meets patient needs and ensures a seamless transition of care.


Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. Specialty credentialing & educational degree according to clinical nursing practice specialty area. BSN graduate preferred.
  • Licensure: Current Licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in Connecticut.
  • Certification: BLS certification required.
  • Experience: Minimum ten (10) years of experience in health condition management, which must include adult condition management.
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience. EPIC preferred.
