Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, develop, and implement ES&H programs.
  • Supervise Environmental Safety and Health Specialists assigned to the same project(s).
  • Perform work that involves a variety of functions that require a broad range of expertise and excellent communication skills.
  • May be responsible for an ES&H program on a large, specialized, complex project or multiple projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in safety, Environment, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry or an applied science field or demonstrated equivalent.
  • 8 years of experience in a management level position.
  • Certification in CIH, CSP, CMIOSH, CHMM, PE, or CHP should be pursued or completed.
Work Environment:

Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizational skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.
