As an Occupational Therapist II, you will play a vital role in evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to physician orders for occupational therapy
• Administer and interpret tests and measurements of patients
• Review patient charts and progress prior to treatment and modify treatment plan accordingly
• Develop functional goals based on patient and/or family expectations
• Develop, improve or restore skills in activities of daily living, work or productive activities

Requirements:

• State licensure
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• 2 years of experience as a practicing OT in a healthcare setting
