We are seeking a skilled LPN Extern PRN to join our team as a Nursing Assistant. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide basic nursing care to non-acutely ill patients, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- High School graduate or equivalent and last year of LPN program.
- Certified Nurses' Assistant Certification preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) current or must obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Completion of a unit specific orientation program.
