Senior Coach Counselor/Bilingual Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Coach Counselor/Bilingual Specialist to join our team at Canyon State Academy, an affiliate of Rite of Passage. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to at-risk youth in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide safety and supervision to at-risk youth 24/7
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote positive behavior and skill development
  • Collaborate with other professionals to establish and meet treatment goals
  • Participate in educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities to promote youth development
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience working with at-risk youth in a similar position or 60 hours of college education in a related field
  • Empathy, patience, and respect for others
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
