Job Title: Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

TotalMed Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Alabama
  • 2+ years of experience in Intensive Care Unit nursing
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
