Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and caring Home Caregiver to join our team in the Quad Cities area. As a Home Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, assisting with daily activities, mobility, and personal care. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide mobility assistance, including walking, transferring, and using assistive devices
  • Prepare and serve meals, as well as assist with grocery shopping
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and cleaning
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, engaging in activities and conversations with clients
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform duties, including lifting and transferring clients
