Job Summary
Direct Counsel, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structured Credit Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Structured Finance Practice, you will be responsible for handling complex collateralized loan obligations and securitization transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior lawyers and deal teams to analyze and structure complex financial transactions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including leading international investment banks and asset managers
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify innovative solutions for clients
- Prepare and review complex financial documents, including loan agreements and securities offerings
Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience working as a Structured Credit associate in a law firm setting
- Juris Doctorate degree from a nationally recognized law school
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Benefits
The salary wage range for this position is a minimum of $235,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
