Job Responsibilities:

We are in search of a qualified and experienced individual to act as the primary liaison and coordinator for significant projects involving walk-in and large reach-in environmental chambers. The following responsibilities are indicative of the role:

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate a comprehensive project plan to monitor and assess progress.
  • Evaluate project performance utilizing appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Manage relationships with clients/customers and all stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with third-party vendors.
  • Create and uphold thorough project documentation.
  • Develop detailed project plans for dissemination to clients and team members.
  • Utilize and continually enhance leadership capabilities.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
  • Design spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document requirements.
  • Engage in projects from planning through installation completion, collaborating with engineering and assembly teams.
  • Develop installation and operational manuals.
  • Participate in ongoing training related to product advancements.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with Project Specialists to determine production schedules and job release timing.
  • Provide cost estimates for installation projects to the Sales team.
  • Conduct post-project review meetings with engineering and installation teams.
  • Assist the Production department with significant internal projects.
  • Document standard operating procedures to ensure ISO compliance.

Travel Requirements:

  • Engage with customers to gather detailed project requirements.
  • Travel to customer locations as necessary for site reviews or project support, expected to be less than 25%.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements for project installation teams as needed.

General Skills:

  • Ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of all product aspects.
  • Proficiency in necessary computer applications for task execution.
  • Capable of effectively communicating with customers, addressing concerns professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Exceptional customer-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel with overnight stays as required.
