Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles
  • Test-drive vehicles, test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Communicate directly with customers and service advisors to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer specifications and guidelines for warranty repairs

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of service technician experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; ASE certification required
  • B-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
  • Dexterity, requiring a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
  • Positive, friendly attitude, eagerness to improve, and ability to learn new technology and repair procedures
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
