Overview
PNC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Retail Branch organization in Talladega, AL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients and solutions that help them achieve financial well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of branch performance, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and team development.
- Drive sales targets and customer loyalty through a branded sales process and collaboration with ecosystem partners.
- Manage and coach a high-performing team to deliver a differentiated client experience and achieve business banking results.
- Utilize a proactive approach to risk management and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and established policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow branch revenue through the acquisition and share-of-wallet growth of consumer and business households.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience in retail banking or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and drive results.
