Soliant Health is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person services for a school district. This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week and involves providing speech and language therapy services, including screening, evaluation, remediation, and consultation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Conduct assessments and interpret results to inform educational planning.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment sessions.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and accommodations.
- Stay current with best practices in the field through professional development and continuing education.
- Comply with district policies and procedures.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or the ability to obtain one.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
