Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person services for a school district. This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week and involves providing speech and language therapy services, including screening, evaluation, remediation, and consultation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
  • Conduct assessments and interpret results to inform educational planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment sessions.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and accommodations.
  • Stay current with best practices in the field through professional development and continuing education.
  • Comply with district policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure or the ability to obtain one.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
