Norsk Design Build is seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to contribute to our residential remodeling projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed finish carpentry tasks, including trim work, molding, cabinetry installation, door and window installation, and custom woodworking.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans to ensure accurate execution of design specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other trades to achieve project goals and timelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhere to safety protocols and best practices, and communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed residential remodeling projects.
  • Proficiency in using carpentry tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and building codes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Attention to detail, commitment to producing high-quality work, and ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
