We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals undergoing dialysis treatment.
Responsibilities- Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide education to patients and families on dialysis treatment, medication management, and self-care techniques.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document all care provided.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in the state of Arizona.
- Experience working in a dialysis setting, preferably in a hospital or clinical environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of dialysis treatment modalities, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
