Job Description

Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Breakthru Beverage Group. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating and growing account relationships to maximize sales of supplier brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and grow account relationships to maximize sales of supplier brands
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company and supplier objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or a related field
  • Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs
  • Results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team
  • Analytic and reporting skills
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position at times
  • Ability to communicate and operate a computer and telephone
  • Ability to reach overhead, squat, and bend
  • Ability to carry and lift 45-65 pounds
