Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of up to $7,500 per month, plus a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500. Additionally, you will receive a relocation bonus of up to $2,500, health, dental, and vision benefits, HSA options, and $10,000 term life insurance at no cost to you. You will also have access to quarterly bonuses, continuing education reimbursements, MedBridge membership, and tuition discounts for employees and their families.
Job DescriptionYour primary responsibility as a Rehabilitation Specialist will be to assess patients' strengths and weaknesses, creating effective treatment plans aimed at healing and maximizing functional independence. You will maintain patient confidentiality while fostering a positive environment and working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team. Your clinical decision-making skills and dedication to patient success will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Collects and records patient care data that follows format and guidelines of the patient care service, regulatory agencies, and third-party payers.
- Prepares for evaluations in accordance with department policies/procedures and standards of practice.
- Selects and administers tests and measures.
- Establishes treatment plans based on evaluation results, goals, and best practices.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and patient support systems.
To succeed as a Rehabilitation Specialist at JAG Physical Therapy, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in physical therapy, a valid state license, and experience/knowledge with an EMR software. Strong clinical decision-making skills, excellent oral and written communication, and a commitment to patient success are essential. Basic computer skills and the ability to work as part of a team are also required.
