Executive Chef

As an Executive Chef with Levy at Sonoma Raceway, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional quality food service to our customers.

We offer a competitive salary of $20.00 per hour.

• Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Clean kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.

• Previous experience in food preparation and service.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
• Familiarity with standard kitchen equipment and procedures.
