Job Overview
Marriott International, Inc is seeking a Winter Seasonal Bartender to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch in Avon, Colorado. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

About the Role
The Ritz-Carlton Ladies and Gentlemen are known for their warm and welcoming hospitality, and we're looking for someone who shares this passion. As a Winter Seasonal Bartender, you will be an ambassador of our brand, showcasing our Gold Standards of service and quality. You will work closely with our bartending team to prepare drink orders, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and provide excellent service to our guests. Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve drinks according to recipe specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and restocking supplies as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest needs and concerns
• Work collaboratively with the bartending team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, reporting any incidents or near-misses to management
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a culture of teamwork and inclusivity

Requirements
• 1 year of experience in a bartending role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and attention to detail, with ability to accurately process transactions and manage cash handling responsibilities
