The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical social work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial mental health evaluations to assess patient needs and make treatment recommendations
  • Provide crisis intervention, group psychotherapy, and face-to-face interviews with mentally ill patients
  • Identify signs and symptoms of psychiatric disorders and develop treatment plans
  • Write clinical reports and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker within the last 36 months
  • Up-to-date Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in the state of California
  • Valid CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
