Job Title: Intensive In-Home Clinician Counselor QMHP-C

At EMS of Virginia (Educating, Mentoring, Success), we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intensive In-Home Clinician Counselor QMHP-C to join our team. As a QMHP-C, you will provide intensive in-home services to clients in the greater Richmond area, working closely with families and individuals to address mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1-1 mental health counseling to clients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with family members and caregivers to support client well-being
  • Conduct regular progress notes and quarterly reports to track client progress
  • Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to ensure high-quality care
