We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Toastique Ridgewood NJ. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including employee management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction.

• Employee Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized store.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that every guest has a positive experience, from the moment they walk in to the second they leave.
• Leadership: Work closely with the Owners to drive business growth, develop new menu items, and participate in community events.
• Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, employee shifts, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
• Certifications: Food Safety Manager Certification.
• Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role, with a strong understanding of employee management and development.

• Salary: $53,000 - $56,000 per year.
• Bonus Structure: Annual bonus based on labor and food costs percentages.
