Cardiothoracic Surgeon Opportunity in Georgia

Medicorp Inc is seeking a highly skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join their team in Georgia. As a key member of the Cardiovascular Institute, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of board-certified cardiologists and advanced practice providers.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex cardiothoracic surgeries, including CABG, AVR, MVR, MV Repair, TV Repair, Maze, and LAAL procedures.
  • Participate in structural procedures, including root/ascending repairs, dissections, and pericardial windows.
  • Collaborate with internal medicine and family medicine residency programs.
Requirements:
  • Board Certification in Thoracic Surgery.
  • 5-10 years of experience in cardiothoracic surgery.
  • Passion for leading change and growing a cardiac surgery program.

The Medical Center is a 252-bed regional acute-care hospital that offers major medical, surgical, and diagnostic services. It is accredited by the American College of Cardiology Association Services as a Cycle V Chest Center with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
