Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at a correctional facility in Windsor, North Carolina. This is a registry position with our company, offering a competitive pay rate of $18 per hour.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have at least one year of previous working experience as a Certified Medical Assistant and must have up-to-date certification in the state of NC. A CPR card issued by the American Heart Association is also required. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and caring demeanor, with the ability to build rapport with patients and demonstrate familiarity with medical terminology.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical assistance to patients in a correctional facility setting
  • Assist with medical procedures and exams
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers
Requirements:
  • At least one year of previous working experience as a Certified Medical Assistant
  • Up-to-date certification in the state of NC
