About the Position

The Peer Advocate Supervisor - Team Lead will provide oversight of member and prospect campaigns and the teams executing them. This role involves team leadership, performance management, training and development, quality assurance, data analysis, campaign client relations, reporting, compliance, innovation, and technical knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and substantial experience in supervising a staff of 10+ individuals. They should be proficient in operating a computer, including logging into and maneuvering around multiple systems such as online timesheets (time and attendance) and call center software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to a team of campaign agents.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing team members.
  • Ensure that all calls meet or exceed quality standards.
