About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Maintenance Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our facilities, providing a positive experience for our members and associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance tasks as necessary.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, cleaning, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
  • Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
