About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Network Hardware Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our networking components and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement testing procedures for network switches, optical transceivers, fiber optic cables, and other related networking equipment.
  • Collaborate with program/project managers to develop test strategy landmarks and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement testing protocols for networking equipment to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot hardware issues, providing timely resolutions and improvements.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in hardware design, hardware testing, network switch topologies, and an understanding of Ethernet protocols and testing. A Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field is required, along with at least 10 years of experience in network hardware design, development, and testing.
