Key Responsibilities
  • Execute both routine and intricate tasks utilizing mechanical expertise.
  • Employ power and hand tools within an Electro/Mechanical setting.
  • Interpret and work from technical specifications and schematics.
  • Diagnose electro and mechanical malfunctions.
  • Utilize testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the training of junior assemblers.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in mechanical assembly.
  • Proficient in using various hand tools and ESD monitoring systems.
Special Considerations
  • Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Resident Aliens.
Physical Requirements

Employees are expected to stand, walk, and carry out various physical activities. The ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance is essential. Vision capabilities and color discrimination are also necessary. The work environment is climate-controlled, with occasional exposure to electrical hazards.
