Role Overview: The Psychiatric Nursing Educator is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and support within the nursing program, specifically focusing on psychiatric mental health. This role encompasses both teaching and service commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive instruction in psychiatric mental health across various program levels.
- Conduct both theoretical and practical teaching sessions, including clinical and laboratory oversight.
- Mentor a diverse student body through various instructional methods, including online and face-to-face formats.
- Develop and enhance curriculum to meet educational standards and student needs.
- Engage in university service and contribute to accreditation processes.
Essential Qualifications:
- A master's degree in nursing is required.
- Preferred: A doctoral degree in a relevant field.
