Physician Empire is seeking a highly skilled Anesthesiology Specialist to join our team at our West Central PA Penn State branch campus. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our team of Anesthesiologists and CRNAs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage a diverse case load, including neurosurgery, cardiac surgery, general surgery, OB, orthopaedic, trauma, and urology cases
  • Lead a team of 4 Anesthesiologists and 22 CRNAs, providing medical direction and guidance
  • Oversee the operation of 15 General ORs and 2 Cardiac ORs, as well as 3 Cardiac Cath Labs
  • Implement and manage EMR systems, including GE Centricity (Outpatient) and Cerner (Inpatient)
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
