About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to radiologists, hospitals, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and resolve technical problems related to imaging data transfer.
  • Respond to requests from radiologists, hospitals, and staff.
  • Document and track issues using multiple systems and tools.
  • C Coordinate with other teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Enter exam orders in the RIS system.
Requirements
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Maturity to handle stressful situations.
  • Reliability to cover shifts consistently.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and life insurance, 401(k)/pension, profit-sharing plans, and generous paid time off policy.
