Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced CNC machinist to join our team at Laser Precision, a world-class innovator in metal cutting and fabrication. As a CNC machinist, you will play a critical role in helping us deliver high-quality parts to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and operate vertical machine centers (3 & 5 axis) with high pressure coolant and auto probing
  • Operate lathes with Y-Axis and live tooling with high pressure coolant and bar feeder
  • Optimize tooling and equipment to maximize productivity and quality
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve quality and productivity standards
  • Participate in cycle time improvement and cost reduction activities

Requirements:

  • 6-10+ years of experience in a production machining environment
  • Experience with high pressure coolant and auto probing
  • Knowledge of tooling and equipment optimization
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
