We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Family Dentistry on Freedom. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional oral health care to our patients.

• Conduct thorough dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings and screenings
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Provide education and guidance to patients on proper oral health care techniques and habits
• Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and exceptional outcomes

• Current dental hygienist license in Georgia
• Associate or Bachelor degree in dental hygiene
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR certification

• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year
