Senior CT Technologist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CT Technologist to join our team at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Polson, Montana. As a Senior CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our diagnostic imaging department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform radiographic procedures at a technical level requiring minimal supervision.
  • Provide services timely and efficiently to all patients and in all settings served by the department.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and effective patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of radiographic procedures and protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in radiologic technology and apply this knowledge to improve patient care.
Requirements:
  • Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.
  • Montana Radiologic Technologist certification upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
  • National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification upon hire.
  • National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography certification upon hire or National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board certification upon hire.
  • 3 years of general radiology/CT experience.
