Job Summary:

As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist at Froedtert Health, you will prepare patients and perform radiographic procedures in diagnostic radiology, operating imaging equipment and adhering to organizational customer service standards. You will also provide positive and effective interaction and communication with patients, visitors, and staff, performing ancillary services and assisting in patient care areas as necessary.

Requirements:

Post high school completion of an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program is required. One year of current clinical experience in diagnostic radiology is preferred. Clinical student experience may be considered in lieu of one year of current clinical experience. Self-motivated; ability to organize and prioritize well; ability to remain flexible and to reorganize priorities when emergencies arise. ARRT registered RT (R) in diagnostic radiology and current State of WI license as a Radiographer is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
