Job Description:
This is a manufacturing production position. As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring the operation of all long goods, short cut, noodle, and lasagna presses and dryers. This includes monitoring settings on recipes to ensure proper parameters are used for the product being produced, monitoring extrusion pattern for proper length of long goods, short cuts, noodles, and lasagna to assure proper product specifications, and performing die changes as needed using electric crane (hoist) systems and or chain hoist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor settings on recipes to ensure proper parameters are used for the product being produced.
  • Monitor extrusion pattern for proper length of long goods, short cuts, noodles, and lasagna to assure proper product specifications.
  • Make die changes as needed using electric crane (hoist) systems and or chain hoist.

Requirements:
  • Able to respond to alarms and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Work well with teammates and communicate with all employees with respect and courtesy.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience.
