  • Inspire and mentor the management team and staff, showcasing expertise in operational efficiencies and employee engagement.

  • Oversee the deployment of operational strategies, business processes, and systems related to distribution operations, including order fulfillment and transportation.
  • Monitor production metrics and set performance targets that align with organizational goals while adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Utilize analytical tools to assess operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate logistics with business processes, enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Analyze financial data to formulate plans and budgets aimed at increasing profitability and improving service delivery.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that provide insights and actionable strategies regarding business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry safety protocols and governmental regulations.
  • Identify developmental needs within the leadership team and address them through coaching and mentoring.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Over 7 years of management experience in an automated logistics/distribution environment, including 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilizing analytics for process improvement.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems, with a preference for Blue Yonder.
  • Strong strategic thinking, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and problem-solving in fast-paced settings.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
