Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Westampton, NJ. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes.
Responsibilities- Conduct home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote wound healing and prevent further injury.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises and gait training.
- Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote independent living.
- Accurately document client care management and services provided.
- A current New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
